Today was like my normal saturday had my MMA class as usual early in the morning at 0730 but i came at 0800 woke up quite late XD but today Jia Han had to attend his grandfathers death anniversary so my sparring partner was Amirul who tried grappling for the first time =D grappling him was easier then Jia Han who is like a monster =X and manage to make him tap by using the rear naked choke (been using this technique on big size people like iskandar and Jia Han) and today learnt something new!!!the triangle lock and a few variations of the key lock and armbar ^__^ after that went to the pool a swam abit but mostly slack...few hours ago i was my grandparents house celebrating fathers day..had cake and a lot of DONUTS!!! =D dats all

Haven't been updating lately cause kinda lazy and busy nothing much to say though....Today didn't do anything much and wanted to play basketball but no one picked up their phone so ended up staying home doing nothing the whole day bored =,=lll
